2021 Lycoming College Summer Magazine

COMMENC e C CLASS OF The 173rd Commencement to celebrate the Class of 2021 was held on the Fultz Quadrangle on May 15, 2021. Graduates and their guests followed pandemic safety protocols, allowing everyone to celebrate together on this beautiful day. Jalen Williams ’21, a criminal justice major and sociology minor from Annapolis, Md., presented the senior greeting. Williams served Lycoming and its student body well the last two years as president of the Student Senate. During that time, he welcomed new clubs and organizations and provided sound stewardship of the Student Senate budget. Perhaps most importantly, throughout his tenure and especially during the pandemic, he was a strong advocate for the student experience at the College. He is a brother of Lambda Chi Alpha, of which he served as vice president, fraternity educator, and recruitment chair.
