Jordan Hollander was selected as a member of the 2018-2019 Class of “40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders of Gaming” and honored at a reception in Las Vegas, Nev. He was profiled in the industry publication Global Gaming Business . He was also selected as a “New Leader of the Bar” by the New Jersey Law Journal as part of their 2019 Professional Excellence awards. Jordan continues to serve as a deputy attorney general for the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. 10 A&RW Celebrate your 10 th Reunion at Hollander (L) at the reception (far right) Petokas and Herman Amy Richards was recently hired by the University of Colorado Boulder, College of Engineering and Applied Science, Computer Science Department. In this role she directs a course assistant program, plans internal and external events, and liaises with the tech community and alumni. Prior to this appointment, she was working across campus at the university’s historic concert hall, Macky Auditorium. Kristin (Schellhase) married Niall Monaghan on Sept. 29, 2018, in Philadelphia, Pa. Rev. Bob Coombe ’72 officiated the ceremony. Many Beta Phi sisters were in attendance. 13 Peter Petokas, Ph.D., Lycoming’s Clean Water Institute research associate, and Michelle Herman joined renowned film producer Jeff Corwin for the premiere of his new IMAX documentary, “Expedition Chesapeake” (www. expeditionchesapeake.org) . Corwin is best known for his award-winning television series “Ocean Treks.” Lycoming’s ongoing Eastern hellbender salamander restoration project is featured in the new film. Michelle is currently a graduate student at SUNY-ESF under the direction of James Gibbs, renowned conservation biologist and director of the Galapagos tortoise restoration program. 14 Stephanie (Figueroa) married James Bowling on Sept. 10, 2018, at the Duckpond Gazebo on Virginia Tech’s campus. In attendance was alumnus Jordan Dubinsky . Stephanie is finishing her doctor of veterinary medicine degree at the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. Jennifer Reilly graduated from Seton Hall University, South Orange, N.J., with a master of arts in Museum Professions in August 2018.
