Kathleen “Kat” Smith

Assistance Professional and graduated
with her second master’s degree in May.
She obtained a master’s degree in social
work from Widener University and
passed the Pennsylvania state licensure
exam to be a licensed social worker. Kat
has worked full time for the past five
years at Ceridian Corp., where she
provides EAP services across the U.S.,
U.K. and Canada.

after nine years in private practice in
Bucks County, Pa. He is board certified
in orthopedic surgery and received
fellowship training in spine surgery
from the University of Pennsylvania. He
serves as an associate clinical professor
of orthopedic surgery at Pennsylvania
College of Osteopathic Medicine.
During the past 10 years, he has served
in served in several capacities for the
American Osteopathic Association of
Orthopedic Surgeons, where he was
inducted as a fellow in 2012. Steve lives
in Wrightstown, Pa., with his wife,
Kari, and their three daughters. He
serves on the board for Council Rock
United Soccer Association and also has
been appointed as director of injury
prevention.
Carol (Papandrea) Herrmann
(history and education) was elected to
a three-year term on the board of the
South Country Central School District
in New York. She is a social studies
teacher at Sachem East High School in
Farmingville, N.Y.

Township, Pa., to ensure that their land
is used for agricultural purposes forever.
The Barnes were the first people to
