n the light provided by a cold early March night in New York’s Southern Tier in 1996, Lyle Wesneski ’96 looked at the crib in his hotel room and his two-month old son, Garrett. Tired and sore from the last wrestling bouts of his career, Lyle told his son, “Well, I didn’t get to be an All-American. So, now, it’s on you.” So begins the legend of Garrett Wesneski ’19.
